Our condos consist of an 8 building, 24 unit, two-story townhouse complex strategically positioned on over 3.5 acres of prime beachfront property. All buildings are designed so they face the sea and situated to take advantage of the most desirable views on the island- looking directly at the neighboring island of St. Kitts and the Caribbean blue sea, with it's gentle ocean breezes. From your rear deck you can also enjoy the stunning mountain view of the dormant volcano (Nevis Peak 3,232 ft.). Imagine all of this from the privacy of these spectacular beachfront homes.
The Condos consist of two and three bedrooms and 2 x 2 units that have intercommunicating facilities to make a 2 four bedroom units. They are beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The kitchen is fully fitted with appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Queen size 4 poster beds with matching furniture in master bedrooms, single/double beds with matching furniture in guest bedrooms, cable TV hook ups along with plasma televisions in bedrooms and living room. Fully air conditioned and with ceiling fans throughout, security safe, hot water tank, wall-to-wall sliding glass doors opening onto spacious tiled verandahs and Egyptian marble tiles throughout.
The Condos outside, will be professionally landscaped by world renowned landscape architect, Julia Toll. There is a large Pool with swim-up bar, BBQ and deck area, unlimited fresh water supply with an emergency back up cistern, each building has its own backup electrical generator, Ground level parking and storage under each unit.
The Condos at Nelson's Spring offers a fully staffed office, with maintenance, housekeeping services and 24-hour security. There will also be a State of the art fitness center, all weather tennis Court and pool area which will cater Bar food, Salad bar and a lunch menu daily.
The Nelson's Spring beach front property is a place to experience the warm waters of the Caribbean for swimming or snorkeling, along with the tropical sun and the soft sands of a beautiful Nevis beach.
Housekeeping & Babysitting
Once per week maid service will be included, any additional maid service will be US$10.00 per hour.
Babysitting service, US$8.00 per hour up to four hours, US$10.00 per hour for each additional hour after the four hours. Bookings can be arranged with our guest services. Business Center
Our condo owners and guest will have access to our business center located in the Sales office. Whether you need to fax, copy, scan, conference call or have a meeting our business center is available.
Activities
Golf, sport fishing, mountain climbing, scuba diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, water sports, cycling, and a host of other activities can be arranged with our guest services.
Meals
The pool area will cater for BBQs, bar food, salad bar and lunch daily, You may also contact our guest services office to make restaurant or private chef reservations.
Local Transportation
There is a car rental company available on property, taxis are also available on the Island. A Nevis drivers license must be obtained for $US20.00. Bookings can be made with Guest services. Car rentals range for US$40.00 to US$100.00 per day
Exercise Facility
Our state of the art fitness center will be equipped with treadmills, bikes, stair climber, weights and other equipment for all your exercise needs. Spa Nevis
This magnificent facility will feature a world-class spa in a two story building with five treatment rooms all located on the property in a West Indian style bungalow, overlooking a private outdoor tranquility garden. Spa Nevis will feature Massages, Facials, Body Treatments and Yoga Sessions.
The Spa will be open year round with a professionally trained and experienced staff. In-room and beach side venues can also be scheduled. We can arrange treatments for you upon your arrival, or should you wish to book any Spa treatments ahead of your visit for a special day and time, please let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you. |
